Buy It Now Buttons Added For Quarantine Kits!
​BUY IT NOW - We now have "Buy It Now" buttons set up on our website for all our Quarantine Kits! This should make ordering one of our kits a lot easier! If you are buying one or more of the same type of kit you can use the "Buy It Now" button. If you want multiple styles mailed to the same address, you can use the buy it now button but will need to go through the process for each box. We would suggest you use our order form for that type of order as it will be quicker and easier for you!

Order Online or By Phone ~ -We are now offering curb side pick up, shipping and delivery. -Delivery will be limited and on a case by case basis as we have limited staff at this time. It's not a fancy online store but it serves the purpose and at least now provides another option for our customers! I hope everyone finds it easy to use. I pretty much came up with the idea in a day! Covid 19 Store Closed To All In Person Transactions Per Governor Scott
COVID-19 STORE UPDATE - Middlebury Sweets will be closing the shop at 5pm today to all in person transactions. Customers can still place orders by phone or online (working on an online solution right now) for curb side pick up or to be shipped out. We will do deliveries on a case by case basis but do prefer pick up as our staff is limited right now. We will provide more details once we get a plan in place by the end of the day. But if you want to come in and shop, today is your last day to do so for at least 3 weeks. Stay safe everyone!
Things are getting a little sweeter around here!
CANDY STORE MOVE UPDATE - So the renovations are moving right along! I hope to have us moved by June. Most of the renovations should be complete by the end of this month. Then inspections will need to be done and all that good stuff.
So I am hoping to move within the first 2 weeks of June with a soft opening after we move then a grand re-opening at the end of June as we get the new store fully stocked and ready to go for a grand opening celebration! Our grand opening celebration will include room tours, goodies to snack on, giveaways and more!
I am really excited to see all the great changes we are making for the candy shop! If you loved our store before, you are going to love it even more! I know, does't seem possible right?! I can't wait! So very exciting!
Only 2 rooms left to make lamps for the decor! This is the most time consuming project! But once these are done we can start decorating the rooms!! Yay!!
Look what we found! A really old Greystone sign! It wasn't intentional, the wind storm we had 2 weeks ago ripped off our sign. We hope to fix the sign soon and get our brand new signs up. Stay tuned!
New Handicap Ramp For The Shop!
Champlain construction is here today working on our handicap accessible ramp!
BIG MOVE UPDATE - We are making good progress on our renovations of the new shop! But we will not be ready to move the shop by the end of this month. We all kn ow renovations can take longer then expected sometimes and this time is certainly no exception! So we are shooting for the end of May at this point! See also yohohobet-casino.com.
Good news is 3 of the 5 renovated rooms are just about done and getting ready for a new coat of paint and the flooring. More demolition is starting on the last 2 rooms so we can get drywall up and get things moving!

New Heat & Air Conditioning System
So excited to announce all our rooms have brand new heating systems. All set up as of yesterday!! The old system was from the 70's and left the rooms cold in the late afternoon/early evening until they kicked on again at 11pm! Not an ideal system at all especially for a motel!
Drywall going up, new heating system going in, more plumbing getting worked on, this place is hoppin'!!
We are slowly making progress on our new space! Plumbing for the kitchen is moving right along. Electricians have started cleaning up the wiring so we can add new lighting and outlets. Old dry wall, carpet and ceiling have been removed where necessary in 3 of the 5 rooms so fresh new drywall, flooring and ceilings can be installed. Firewalls are going up. The office is next o n the renovation list! Which means im getting shoved into room 1 for my temporary office later this week so they can tear out the carpet, ceiling and old wall paneling in the office. I wont miss the old wood wall paneling at all! The goal is to move by the end of April if all goes well. Fingers crossed! I will share some updated photos soon!
We finally started demolition on the lobby and owners quarters of the motel. This is where our candy shop will be located when we move in the spring. Hopefully by the end of April! So exciting!
We got all our rooms updated with new furniture, new queen beds, new linends and drapes! These rooms will all be candy themed at some point in the next month or two. Stay tuned.....
We are the proud new owners of the Greystone motel! We are renaming it to the Middlebury Sweets Motel and hope to move the candy shop to the motel by April 2018! So exciting!
